We checked out of the Kempinski Nanjing this morning and we were thoroughly impressed with the experience. The room was immaculate, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. The buffet breakfast and dinner were truly exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The quality and freshness of the food were outstanding. A special shout out to Raymond, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable. His attentiveness and professionalism truly stood out and made a significant difference in our overall experience. One area for improvement is the English proficiency of the staff. While they were all very friendly and eager to help, better English skills would enhance communication and the overall guest experience.
