I liked this hotel for the business trip I was on. I usually choose hotels based on whether or not they have a fitness centre which this one did. However the treadmill was quite old and I think an upgrade here would be important. The temperature inside the room was very hot and although we called to see if something could be done about this we were told this was standard across the hotel.

A very good stay experience. The hotel is located in Zhongshan Scenic Area, and the morning experience is excellent. Guests can watch movies and swim for free, and there are free travel photography. There are battery cars between the hotel lobby and the main entrance, and there are shuttle buses to various scenic spots during holidays, which is very convenient. The only flaw is that it is not very convenient to find the pick-up point when you first arrive at Muxuyuan subway station. Baidu Maps does not have the location ”Meihuagu East Parking Lot”, and you need to use other apps to search it. In addition, Ctrip wrote ”Muxuyuan Sightseeing Station” as ”Shouxuyuan Sightseeing Station”. But overall, the flaws are not enough to cover up the merits, and five-star recommendation!

I highly recommend this hotel. Firstly the swimming pool is the best hotel swimming pool I've ever used. It is long, easily 20-25 metres and also wide, but shallow with no deep water. Perfect for relaxing lap swimming. And it is always supervised. One tip. You'll have to wear a swimming cap which they sell at the front desk of the swimming pool, so make sure you bring something to pay for it on your first swim. Secondly, the hotel's location (on top of the Zhuzhianglu metro station) is perfect for getting to all the best places and attractions. And on cold days and hot days you can access the metro (press -2 in the lift) without having to deal with the weather. Thirdly, the staff are amazing. Rachel, Brittany, William, Allen, could not do enough to help me during my stay. Lastly, the shops and restaurants in the two basement levels offer a level of convenience that I have not received anywhere else that I have stayed. I was able to buy all essentials and have delicious Chinese food, incredibly affordably and conveniently.

Awesome location and extraordinary services!! Especially when we need to change the room from our first booking to second booking (with different family members so we have 3 different bookings), REN JUN DANIEL provided extraordinary services!! This hotel is the first Hilton (changed to Grand Metro now) in Nanjing, 10 minute from Zhong Shan Landmarks, close to every where. Although not brand new, but the services and location make up every thing. Buffet breakfast has all kinds of different style gourmet, and changing every day. Beautiful view from the window!

The hotel is very beautiful. The castle-style building has complete facilities in the room. The room design is very advanced. There is also a minibar for free use.
