Hotel was about 2 mins walk from the entrance of Nara park n the shopping district. Very good location. You could either walk 1.3km to the hotel from the JR station, or take a taxi which would cost around 1200yen. About 10 mins walk from the metro station. I stayed for 2 nights with breakfast and dinner inclusive. The Ryokan did take note n served us a different menu each day. There was also a small indoor n outdoor onsen in the Ryokan. The food was superb.

Very nice. The hotel staff is very helpful to introduce the hotel facilities. The hot spring including the washing room is very tidy. The dinner and breakfast are vdelicous.

Nice hotel with a nice view on the pagoda of Nara Park (which however is under renovation at the moment). The hotel offers private baths (reservation required) but they are not hot springs bath. The localisation was perfect (walking distance to Nara Park) and the personnel was nice and very helpful. We had a great stay. Only downside is that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japanese futons).

The service is very good and the food is rich. It is located next to Kofuku-ji Temple, and there are many Japanese living there. It is a good place to experience traditional Japanese hotels and restaurants. The open-air bath is also good, open until 11 o'clock in the evening, and there is free ice cream on the first floor.

Although it is a shared hot spring♨️, there are few people. I enjoyed the dignity of a private hot spring. The price-performance ratio is first-class. It is also very close to the scenic area.
