"There was a woman with glasses who seemed a bit sarcastic and unfriendly towards Chinese guests. When she asked for my name, she stared at me expressionlessly while typing it in. I've never encountered such service attitude in hotels in Kyoto, Wakayama, Osaka, or Kobe. She also assigned me a room near the vertical elevator, which had the worst view and natural light, even though there were so many other rooms available. The breakfast was quite good, and the hygiene and facilities were fine. Chinese travelers should be cautious when choosing this place."
