從入住到退房都沒見到前台，衹看到其他住客在客廳餐廳自由活動，房間不小，雖然隔音不好，但大家都默認保持安靜。
入住的房間鑰匙放在門口桌面上，用完歸位即可。
從jr奈良出站走一段小巷子就到了，可以放下行李步行去奈良公園和東大寺若草山景點，吃飯也可就近選擇，很方便。

無毛巾、浴巾，可能有一個浴巾但是感覺不怎麼乾淨，如果沒有最好能提前説明，另外一點就是可以在預訂界面提前説留一個聯繫方式，微信、電子郵箱都可以，或者醒目點説明15:00後辦理入住，可以先把行李放在客廳，這樣不至於異國他鄉的讓顧客琢磨怎麼辦理，心裏更有數。
