O Hotel em si oferece um conforto para os hóspedes, café da manhã agradável, tudo quentinho. Os funcionários muito bem atenciosos. Inicialmente, ao chegar no hotel, fiquei espantada com a fachada, pois a foto da piscina para os quartos destoa totalmente da entrada do hotel. Em suma, valeu a pena, muito bem localizado com supermercados e farmácia bem próximo. E o melhor: dá pra ir a pé para a praia de ponta negra.

Hotel bem antigo, ambiente bem ventilado, arborizado, porém precisa urgente de reformas. Ficamos no AP superior onde tem uma cozinha e uma sala, os utensílios de cozinha velhos, enferrujado, pano de prato encardido, colchão velho, no nosso quarto haviam 3 camas, detalhe: é oferecido apenas uma coberta, as outras duas tive que pagar 15 reais cada. O café da manhã é bem básico, todos os dias: os mesmos bolos, tapioca, cuscuz, ovo e salsicha. Não percebi gentileza da parte de nenhum colaborador, pareciam estar ali forçados, sei lá.... o que eh quero dizer no geral ê que se o hotel passar por uma boa reforma, ficaria muito melhor. Na primeira noite choveu nas duas camas dos meus filhos, e também pela janela do quarto, avisei na recepção e acho que alguém deve ter subido no telhado, pq foi resolvido, na próxima chuva não molhou mais.

O Hotel fica a aproximadamente 6 minutos a pé da praia de Ponta Negra. Para chegar na praia você praticamente só precisa descer uma ladeira. O hotel é simpático, possui estacionamento e piscina. O quarto é bem simples com TV, frigobar e ar. E ainda possui uma varandinha com uma rede. O banheiro é que é bem apertado, principalmente o local onde fica o vaso sanitário, o chuveiro esquenta bem e o café da manhã é simples mas atende. O custo benefício é satisfatório.

Estou hospedado no hotel e ficamos super decepcionado, além de avisarem que as toalhas são trocadas de dois ou três dias, chegamos do passeio super cansados e para a nossa surpresa, encontramos apenas uma única toalha no quarto. Fomos imediatamente na recepção e nos avisaram que encontraram apenas uma toalha no quarto. Tivemos que fazer uma exigência para ter as toalhas. Decepcionante.
