The hotel staff still tried to help, we stayed in a slightly better room, but we still had several problems. Positive points: pool and location. Breakfast ok. Some of the staff were very helpful, the night crowd not so much."

"We loved our stay at this hotel, we were very well received at reception, we arrived before check-in time and even so they attended to us and put us in the room. Great room, everything clean and smelling good with a wonderful view of the beach, my room was 201, large bathroom had shampoo, soap, white towels, white sheets and even the blanket. Very tasty breakfast and very polite staff, I felt at home but in paradise 😂😂😂 We will go back!"
