Facilities: Very good facilities, clean and sanitary in the natural environment, the restaurant and room can see the canal, and there is its own small swimming pool
Environment: This is the only complaint. There is a church next to it. I don’t know what activity they were doing but they started playing hymns at 5 in the morning. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. Before dawn, the sounds of various animals began again
Service: It was almost 12 o'clock when we checked in, and there were two butlers waiting to greet us. The room is very cozy.

We stayed here for 2 nights in April 2025 as a family of 4. It's a beautiful location .The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel was really nice but they were also able to arrange a tuk tuk into town and make recommendations. The boat tour rnn by the hotel was great and we also enjoyed the floating breakfast which was a bit novelty but good fun.

Warm welcome in a special place. This is a small private hotel run by friendly people who go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The afternoon boat trip through the extensive wetlands is integral to understanding the place - amazing birdlife, culture, flying foxes, water monitors and all in a comfortable 90 minute cruise. Food is authentic Sri Lankan cuisine - fresh and delicious.

Boutique villa hotel on river away from touristy part of Negombo. Five very private villas all with own pools. We stayed in Elephant Villa which had every amenity including a fish pedicure. We were on BB but also ate twice in-house for dinner and had one lunch served on our private river front deck. Food is excellent and all the staff are super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Make sure you stay more than one night to avoid disappointment!

We had a great visit at Waterland. Very Nice people and the food is very very good. The room was very Nice With a comfortable bed. We also relaxed at our own Nice pool. When you order a drink they Will bring it to your room very fast, also Some Nice cocktails. Would recommand this to everybody!

I loved the glow up pool in the garden that's personly wy I gave it a five. It was very cosy and comfy. Ialso loved the French toast for breakfast it was very filling. Loved the boat tour lots of interesting things to see. Many there was a slight problem with mosquitoe bites so maybe there could be a net over the bed Great stay I would definitely recommend it five star
