The staff were very friendly, there is a beach bar which does nice drinks, and our stay was very reasonably priced for the quality of the stay. I’d recommend going to Jude’s restaurant nearby for dinner."

"The host was incredibly kind and friendly! When we arrived a bit early and the room wasn't ready yet, their son played with us, making for a very enjoyable time. The breakfast was also delicious, and we got to eat it while taking in the beautiful view. It's just a short walk to the tourist attractions, so I highly recommend it."

The service is warm and attentive, but the only downside is that the hot water only lasted about 3 minutes, so I ended up taking a cold shower. There's a supermarket right across the road from the hotel, which was convenient for stocking up on supplies."

"From the start of my booking I realised I had found a good place. The manager/owner was quick to respond to my request for an airport transfer sending me costs and driver details. Before my arrival, it was checked again that I was able to communicate with the driver. I felt I was going to be safe as a single female arriving in SL at night. I was impressed when the driver had to use my WhatsApp photo to find me as my mobile wouldn’t work!! The room was spotless, great bedding, and a good shower. Welcome drink and requested coffee in the early morning were good and given free of charge. I didn’t want the breakfast on offer as I had to return to the airport. The manager was extremely helpful to go out after my arrival to buy me some mosquito spray as I told him I could not find any at the airport. It was not to use in my hotel room, but to take with me on my journey. There is a security gate leading to this venue as well, which again gave me a great sense of security. For a stopover, this was an excellent choice and I am very happy I changed from my original booking."
