We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

Very good hotel, location with a great view, the city itself is very cozy, many delicious restaurants. The room is clean and cozy, the receptionist is excellent, they made an early check-in. I recommend it wholeheartedly, and the price for such a hotel is very good 👍

Overall, it’s a really amazing experience. Staff here is so warmhearted and helpful, helping us find bus and balloon reservations. Also, they sent us to the bus station for several times. They also gave us a late check-out to save our life after coming back from balloon. What’s the most amazing is the breakfast. They served a good diversity of cousins and all of them taste so nice. I will definitely visit again.

Everything was perfect especially staff is great clean room! Indoor pool was perfect. Breakfast has enough variety and delicious.

We brought a 22-month-old child. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is delicious. We were rejected by another hotel and rebooked on the same day. The overall experience is good👍, a cave hotel but very clean. There are many breakfast options. If you want to get up early to watch hot air balloons, there are two rooftops (one with carpet) to choose from. The service attitude was good, the cats in the hotel were all nice, and they gave us a box of gummy candies before we left. In addition, the hotel's turkish bath is worth a try. It's not just a wash with water, but a serious massage. The whole body bubble massage experience is also very special. ps is a private bath and the experience is very good.

The most beautiful hotel in the town! I started to read the reviews and some people said that the location was low and it was not easy to see the hot air balloons. In fact, it was not the case. The hotel restaurant observation deck saw super beautiful hot air balloons. The hotel facilities, bedding, and towels were all new, and the mattress was comfortable to sleep on.
