The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

Excellent hotel with excellent location . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips . Everything was good including service, facilities, and all, especially considering the price—the best cost-effective five-star experience. The arrangement of furniture in the room is very good, giving you a cozy feeling. Staffs are very kind and are well-mannered. However, there are some mild fragrance issues all over the place including in the room. I'd say it's a general Indian scent usually not found in other franchise 5-star hotels. The fragrance in the lobby, elevators, and corridors needs improvement. The breakfast buffet is exceptionally good considering the price, with a high understanding of different cuisines around the globe. Room service foods are also high quality.

Had a delicious lunch at Del with exemplary service and outstanding food quality. The display and the preparations were very nice and tasteful. Chef Bharat created a delectable dish specially for us. Our server Jatin went beyond the call of duty to look out for our comfort and made us feel very welcomed. Also, thanks to Vinod from the buffet section for helping us choose our food. It is very nice to experience such hospitality. Roseatte ***agement should be very proud of these assets in their organization. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. Our Gratitude.

This was my first time in India/New Delhi, and I am glad I selected this hotel (I booked via expedia, but had studied reviews on tripadvisor as well). Stayed five nights in a club room, which includes evening buffet dinner from 7pm. This place delivers value for money! I has five stars in Indian category, which is maybe 4 stars in Western categories, but the price is also only 4 stars! The food is the highlight of the hotel, a variety of mostly Indian (but also Western/Chinese) dishes cooked to the highest quality! And they rotate dishes every day. Admittedly, adding a beer to your evening dinner is quite expensive (for India), but you don't have to do this, right? I used the Gym every morning, which is rather small but sufficient, since not ***y guests seem to go there. I also went to the pool almost every afternoon to do a little swim. The pool was mostly quite deserted when I was there - it is larger than it appeared on the photos I had reviewed. I walked to the Blue Line Metro station almost every day, which is only about 10min from the hotel up the Bangla Sahib Rd. The hotel made my stay in Delhi very enjoyable and I can only recommend it!

Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.
