Days Inn by Wyndham New York Chinatown

Disclose the size of the rooms. Rooms are like a jail cell. 80sq feet or so. Door has a one inch gap in the bottom. You can hear the neighbors talking. You can hear the elevator everytime it passes your floor. You can hear housekeeping making noise. Do not advertise hot breakfast when all you serve is yogurt and bread and some disgusting coffee. The water dispenser had no drinking water as well. Hot breakfast is more like pancakes, eggs, sausage etc. Our room blankets had multiple stains. Housekeeping did not change the blankets till the 3rd night even though I request it before to be done. Also hair in the shower drain from previous guest was disgusting. It was also never cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed there

This was a quick overnight trip. Didn't want to rush the time I had in NYC and wanted to be close to work the next morning. While the hotel is small and I mean small it was comfortable for a short quick trip. I would be challenged if I stayed a while here as the room as very small. The front desk man was very helpful and I must say he went above and beyond thank you.

This hotel was really great for a stay in NYC! I love staying in Chinatown because of the food options. It's a walkable distance to shopping in Soho, and hip dining in LES and the Bowery. Right next to the Grand Av Station B/D train stop to get around. I visited during the winter and the room was very cozy and well heated. Hot water was never an issue. Front desk staff were super nice and helpful. The hallways do echo quite a bit if you are a light sleeper. Room was a great size for budget accommodation. Folks who say otherwise are probably not familiar with NYC budget hotels.
