We arrived in New York City for a friend’s birthday party and were greeted by a warm and friendly staff with genuine smiles. We live in the area for its convenience to the subway, and we were impressed by the great service we received from everyone at the property. From breakfast to accommodation for our four-year-old son, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to families and friends. 🙂

Great location. Clean hotel and excellent welcoming team. Daniela and Jonathan were amazing. Also, the breakfast was really tasty. The breakfast crew were replenishing things all the time and helping guests. Great stay.

The room is very very small, the air conditioner is very very noisy, and the street outside is also very noisy. There is no bottled water in the room.
The breakfast is very average.
The advantage is that the location is good, just near the South Ferry ferry terminal and the subway station is also there. You can see the Wall Street Bull in a 3-minute walk.
