Hotel room and amenities were good. But the staff was exceptional they were very helpful and accommodating our super early check-in. This is how hotel staff used to be, highly recommend. Location is within minutes of grand Central an multiple subway stations.

Around 10 minutes walk from the Grand Central Statation, water provided each floor, coffee and tea provided.

The accommodation price is too expensive. The room facilities are equivalent to those of a domestic 3-star hotel. The only advantage is that it is close to the central railway station.

I liked the hotel, the location is super convenient, the room is not very big, but cozy. I did not understand how the cleaning was done, but it felt like it was not every day. We lived on the 5th floor, but the view was good. The hotel has a cool rooftop, but we reached it on the last day. I would return to the hotel again. I did not quite understand the system with the reception, there was no one at the early check-out, there were difficulties, but later everything was resolved. I recommend the hotel
