Excellent location within a short walk to almost every subway line. Unfortunately that means it can be a little loud, but it never woke me up.
Incredibly friendly staff are always on hand, 24/7.
The included breakfast is more than adequate; bagels, juice, yoghurt, pastries.
The room has a good shower, comfy bed, and good TV with chromecast-ability.

The staff members were all excellent - helpful and pleasant and went all out to make the visit comfortable. The breakfast was a treat - all facilities were clean and convenient.

The hotel is very close to the Brooklyn Bridge, and it is convenient for shopping and dining nearby. The breakfast is also very rich. The room is not big but the facilities are complete.
