This is simply a shady shop. I put my Gentle Monster sunglasses in the glasses case in my suitcase. When I opened the glasses case the next day, the sunglasses were gone...
I reported it to the hotel as soon as I found out. Someone came to take notes and check the surveillance. Finally, it was confirmed that only I and the cleaning staff had entered and left the room.
I applied for compensation, but after I left the hotel, I sent an email to ask about the progress, and the hotel pretended to be dead.
One month after I left the hotel, they ignored my emails and had no attitude!
