Good service, great breakfast, not for from Manhattan. Value for money. Recommended to stay at this place

Absolutely PERFECT! Great big room with excellent bed & shower. Fantastic location 2 blocks from subway. All of the employees were exceptionally nice and helpful. Huge breakfast with many different items. We had an unbelievable view from our room. One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Quiet, modern and just amazing! We would not even consider any other hotel when traveling again to New York.

Excellent! The room was clean, it's very spacious and the bed and pillows are comfortable. You can barely hear the air conditioning. There is a microwave, mini-fridge, iron and coffee maker. The flat TV is huge comparing to other hotels. Remodeled bathroom, very clean and bright. Breakfast is included with a good selection of food and drinks. Less than two blocks from the Queensboro yellow line subway station; only one stop till the 5th Ave, Central Park. Parking is at the street. Not hard to find a spot. Also, there are some private parking lots in the area, if you prefer. Felt very safe. Several traffic officers in the area, so be careful to park right and pay attention to the street signs about the day and time you have to move your car because of the street cleaning. A tip about the subway lines: there are more than one car in some lines. The yellow line has three different cars: R, N and W. Be careful not to take the wrong one. I didn't know that and was very hard in the first day to move around NYC using the subway. The black dots on the station maps means that your train won't stop in those stations. Paying the subway is easy just touching your phone or card in the ticket gate. You don't need to buy a subway pass.

Was pleasant surprise. Location prevented us from giving all 5 stars—would not walk around at night and a little “out of the way.” Coffee shop/bakery close by and restaurants a good walk away. Staff was great—very helpful. Shuttle great value for NYC and good driver was very courteous. Van was also clean and newer, which inspired confidence. According to Trip.com operator they do not have shuttle so call hotel directly to reserve. Continental and hot Breakfast was good. Room was small but clean. Did not hear traffic. Beds were comfortable.. Will stay again if in area.

Room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Only two suggestion: 1) include instructions on how to work the heater/air conditioner and 2) supply facecloths. The breakfast was outstanding. It was more like a brunch, even including soup and ingredients to make a salad.

Well located within 3-4 mins of Queensboro Plaza station, only 15 - 20 mins to Times Square. Attendants are very helpful (mostly Chinese). Breakfast (included) has a good spread of pastries, eggs, salad, cereals, tea/coffee. Very clean and housekeeping does a good job.
