The location is amazing, near Grand Central Station. The cleaning was never great and in many days, we didnt have toilette paper or sopa for the hands in various days

Subject: Complaint Regarding Our Stay from October 17th to 23rd
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express our dissatisfaction with the experience we had during our stay at your hotel from October 17th to 23rd, 2024. Despite the high expectations we had for your establishment, several issues occurred that significantly impacted our stay.
For 3 to 4 days, we did not receive clean bath towels, despite making three requests. Each time, we were assured that the issue would be resolved promptly. However, not only was it not addressed, but on two occasions, housekeeping knocked on our door at 11:30 PM to deliver small towels instead of the bath towels we had requested. Being disturbed at such a late hour is unacceptable and baffling, especially in a hotel of this caliber.
Considering that we paid 1,870 USD for our stay, we believe that the service we received fell far below the expected standard. Therefore, we are requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused during our stay.
We hope you will take our complaint seriously and respond appropriately to our concerns.

This is my third time staying here and every time it's amazing - the best value for money in Manhattan.
Large spacious rooms, all the amenities in the room (the only thing missing is cups or a tea/coffee maker, but that's not necessary!). Large spacious walk-in closets and showers. And great views (the photo shows the view from the window).
$150 deposit is returned the same day
Excellent soundproofing
I think this is my new favorite hotel
The location is also great - close to noisy areas, but in a quiet place, with many restaurants, cafes and shops nearby.

The location is super! Overall the hotel is very good, if they had at least added water with glasses, a kettle, it would have been really great. And the windows are very dirty, it's a shame with such a gorgeous view)
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the hotel only takes a deposit from a card, and if it is a debit card, then the card data is manually linked to the system, we were very worried about this, but the deposit was returned right after check-out. When it is carried out through the terminal, the return takes 3-4 days, based on experience in other US hotels. I hope this information will be useful to someone, the card was unlinked later, everything is ok here.
