Stayed here with wife and two daughters and had an amazing stay. Hotel is lovely and situated within walking distance of Wall St, World Trade Centre, and Staten Island Ferry/ Statue of Liberty. There are also lots of subway lines close by taking you anywhere across Manhattan, Brooklyn... I would 100% stay again

Location and breakfast were both good. However, the facilities are old and expensive, so I hope only this part will be improved. Also, I would like the reception information to be slightly improved.

It was great! The location is very convenient no matter to uptown or downtown Brooklyn. Unfortunately outside is a construction site so it’s super noisy during my stay, and if we can have on-site laundry place will be even better.

Service by front desk was great. Great location.
There were three negative points:
1) Murky tap water (disgusting look)
2) Empty body wash bottle (room service should do a proper job)
3) Bugs in bathroom (extremely disgusting)

Great location!!! Room had a microwave!!! Other than that, room was fine, could of done a better job in cleaning floors, it needed a vacuum, especially the corners. Room fridge also need a definite cleaning, got pools of water, food marks, ice trays were half full with old ice, didn't appreciate that. Basically take the whole fridge out and give it a good wash. Aircon was fine but blows directly on the bed, no safety box available in room, no kettle. But they did have complimentary ice, coffee, sugar, creamer and paper cups at the reception area, bit inconvenient in the mornings when u want to wake up to have a coffee without going out of the room. All staff was courteous.

Excellent location. The breakfast is good enough to start your day. Front desk staff is helpful and responsive. Parking is nearby but a bit expensive, just slightly lower than the typical rate in Manhattan. Don’t forget to validate your ticket at the front desk in hotel before getting your car.

The hotel was built in the 1990s so the facilities are relatively old, especially the air conditioner is very noisy, and it is impossible to turn on the air conditioner to sleep at night, but the location is very good and convenient for travel

Unfortunately, the front desk staff I encountered at check-in felt unwelcoming and detached, focusing more on procedural information.
Not expecting joy and happiness but a level of calm and respectful, informative, and communicative welcome experience makes a positive/neutral impression.

GGuest UserOn the first night in New York, we specially chose a hotel near the financial center. There were road constructions nearby, so parking was a big problem. The receptionist was very enthusiastic and gave us a room on a high floor with a good night view. The room was also clean and tidy. After checking in, we tried hard to find a parking garage nearby. After driving around for several times, we safely handed the car over to an underground garage and decided not to drive in the city - this was the first thing we were not satisfied with when we arrived in New York~

GGuest UserRooms are big for NYC. Clean and convenient. It’s a few minutes walk to the World Trade Centre. There’s laundry room to use for free, very useful for long travels. Morning breakfast provided. Will definitely choose Marriott hotels again in the future

GGuest UserIt's more like a family hotel. The front is very small. It's very close to Trump Tower. It seems that most of the guests are family tourists. There are waffles for breakfast, but it's a pity that I can't eat it. Haha

GGuest UserI spent a week in NYC for a change of scenery and wanted a comfortable place with space to work. Sonder delivered. The apartment is fully furnished, even including a dishwasher and washer dryer, two things often unheard of in a New York apartment. The location is perfect, convenient to just about everything including multiple Subway lines and walkable to Wall Street, Battery Park, World Trade Center and more. Also part of apartment living—some noise from neighbors including music and barking dogs. The non smoking policy was loosely enforced, this may have been due to the snowstorm. A request to enforce this was responded to quickly. Although there is a person at the front desk, no doorman type services like package handling are available.
