The location is excellent. Take the subway from the airport and walk to the hotel in about 10 minutes. It takes 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Times Square and 10 minutes to walk to the Empire State Building. The security measures are also good. There are many food nearby. There is a Sichuan hot pot restaurant opposite. There are many Chinese restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The breakfast is American. It is recommended to book in advance because it is much cheaper.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Our room was very spacious and we had a great view of the Empire State Building! Times Square was about a 20-minute walk away. There were lots of food, transportation and shopping options around the hotel. We really liked it and it was ideal for exploring New York.

Good location if you want to be near the airports. The free shuttle from LGA to Hyatt is great. Otherwise, about 45 minutes out of Manhattan by subway. Good food all around. Comfy bed, big rooms. Breakfast is great. The only thing I didn't like - feather pillows. Bad for my allergies and just not comfortable. The air con is also quite loud (but doubles as white noise to drown the sirens outside I guess?) Would stay again

Didn’t have much expectation to hotels in downtown manhattan but the hotel ends up giving a positive impression to us. It is near Time Square and some other tourist spots. Most of the the time hotel is busy but the staff will still accommodate you whenever you need help. Cleanliness is also out of our expectations which is really up to a 4-star hotel standard.
