Came for out 25th Wedding Anniversary. husband has had a stroke and mobility limited, this was taken into consideration when booked. The room was idea. Staff couldn't have done enough for us. Breakfast lovely , had both Cornish and veg cooked breakfast (different days) pancakes and yoghurt. Set you up for the day. Homemade marmalade gorgeous, im gluten free and not a lover of GF bread but there's was lovely, real treat. Restaurant food expensive but worth it for a special treat. The confit carrot with Masala sauce was stunning. Would def come back again.

We were at the Scarlet for just 3 nights, it was fabulous, we wish we had stayed longer. We were in room 9 which had a wonderful view of the sea, our bed faced directly to the doors to our balcony, so we could sit up in bed looking at the sea. The bed was so comfortable that we explored what type the mattress and topper were! Staff were all lovely. The restaurant was particularly good, we had an excellent meal on our first night. They were completely aware of the restrictions around my husband’s gluten free diet and he was particularly happy to be given good gluten free bread (doesn’t often happen!) Breakfast was always a treat. We’ll certainly be back.

Booked this spa hotel for a birthday getaway in one of their unique rooms which is lovely, super spacious with a bath and shower, little garden and a roof top room with a view of the sea. The staff here are super attentive and lovely really made our stay perfect. We booked in for the hot tubs which is highly recommended for this location right on the cliff edge of the beach the view is incredible! Also highly recommend their Prosecco, honestly the best Prosecco I’ve tasted! The hotel overall is really relaxing and tranquil perfect for a spa break.

Hotel is full of wonderful art, but the beauty of the location, the light surpass this. Staff are wonderful. Room was great, comfy bed and warm. Spa and restaurant just brilliant. Simply a great stay, thank you.

Just spent a much needed rest and relaxation spa break at the Scarlett Hotel. The overall experience we had was just what we were looking for & the staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. As two seasoned female travellers we would just like to give some constructive feedback. Our overall perception of the hotel was that it looked a little tired and we felt it did not meet its four star status. We didn’t book any treatments as we felt they were expensive,however we were happy to use the inclusive spa and pool & steam room facilities. However we were disappointed to discover that the hot tubs were £40 for a bookable 30 minute slot. This was not made clear to us at time of booking. The bath robes were really worn out and discoloured & had holes in them. The mainly young waiting staff were really lovely & personable however being so new were not shadowed to answer basic questions at dinner that could have been easily rectified . Not to a four star standard. Whilst having breakfast the window was covered in salt and spray so that needed attention so we could look out and see the view.

Great location - staff very attentive and polite - plenty of relaxing spaces and rooms with seaviews and outside space. Food very good too. We had the best time.
