We stayed at the hotel for 13 days during the Theta period. We chose it based on the price and the photos on the website. The pool area in the photo does not correspond to reality at all. The pool area was closed for half of the stay.
The lobby felt like a garage. Bikes were parked right in front of the elevator. It was often impossible to get in or out. And the most surprising thing for us was that there was a free half of the hall further from the elevator, but none of the staff ever thought to move the bikes there. We moved the bikes ourselves to make way for the exit.
The room often smelled of cigarettes. And there were “no smoking” signs everywhere, but the entire floor reeked. To which the staff shrugged their shoulders.
Our room was terrible, when we asked to change it they said there were no other rooms. The door was very difficult to open and close. All the doors were swollen from the humidity. The door to the toilet did not close at all and was completely torn.
In the first 5 days of stay, the room was cleaned twice, and never again. Toilet paper is not provided unless you ask. All towels are old and torn. Bottled water is not provided, supposedly there is a cooler on the first floor, but in the last few days there was no water there either.
A special point, they allowed us to use the kitchen, but the kitchen is in terrible condition, very dirty, there are few dishes, they cooked food for themselves there, did not wash anything after themselves and left food scraps everywhere.
Some guests asked for a refund and to move out, but they refused. That's why we did not try.
It's ok for 1-2 nights. But it is not comfortable for a long stay.
