Best Niagara Falls Hotels

"The room was very spacious with an unobstructed view of the waterfall. We were originally assigned to the 5th floor, but after speaking with the front desk lady, she gave us room 911 😂. The bathtub 🛁 was huge and even had a massage function, plus there was a separate shower. You could see the waterfall view from the bathtub by opening the wooden blinds. The mattress was also very comfortable. This hotel had the most lavish breakfast we've seen in days. If you're not going particularly early, I recommend booking in advance, otherwise you'll have to queue."

"Great getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Beautiful hotel and right beside the Incline Railcar to make it super easy and fast to get down to Table Rock and the Falls. Hotel is decent and very clean. Staff is helpful and amazing. Worth the stay at this 3 star hotel. Just be sure to bring your own slippers to avoid having to walk on the carpeted floor. Also if you're a robe person bring your own as well. All in all worth the fact close to the Casino and lots of things to do and eat. Really good fallsview as well."

"Considering the price abroad, hotels are usually quite standard, and this one was perfectly acceptable for a short stay. We had two nights with a beautiful waterfall view and one night overlooking the city. The waterfall itself was absolutely stunning. I'd recommend at least a two-night stay to truly soak it all in at a leisurely pace."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location: just a 5-minute walk from the WEGO bus stop for the scenic area, it offers fantastic views of the Three Waterfalls and evening fireworks. Plus, it's right next to a bustling commercial street with plenty of entertainment and dining options. The 11th-floor restaurant provides a lovely ambiance for breakfast, especially from its window seats, and the meal selection is quite extensive."

"The view was amazing and the room was so spacious and comfy. The breakfast room is a must if you stay here. We paid extra at hotel for breakfast meal set CAD 35 each. (No buffet option)"

"Make sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. We paid another £152 on top of the £240 we paid for the room to upgrade to what we thought we were getting - ie the one in the photo of our booking (below) Admittedly in the small print the word “partial” did appear so I had no recourse. Expect a 20 - 30 minute wait for lifts to arrive to take you down and as a result breakfast was heaving!! That said the room was lovely and it was clean and the views were brilliant…as you’d hope for £410 for one night!! Oh and remember tax is on top of everything advertised - so the $70 parking is actually $87ish etc etc"

"I love staying at this hotel. Spacious and clean. I booked this hotel at the last minute, and the hotel sent me the confirmation email right after the booking was confirmed. Everything is new and comfortable to use. Modern design of kitchenware and great support and king mattress. Quiet air conditioning, laundry room at the basement. Both the mirror areas were so dim, not good for make-up, so does the whole area. Knifes were rusty, pans and pots were scratched and dirty, and stains in e-kettle. No counter space for makeup bag. Very big parking lot outside the hotel. Weak water pressure. No racks for shower stuff and clothes and towels. Nevertheless, this is the best hotel in Niagara compared to those famous brand hotel but in the old, small and bad condition."

"First time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again."

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

"Overall, it was a nice place if you are on a budget. The agent put us in a decent room when I requested, though I also requested not to be next to the stairwell and had no warning that would be the location.  So, it was noisy after hours and early morning - also, the room had a distinctive dirty socks odor and the air was so loud I had to turn it off.  Easy wego & restaurant access were a bonus."
