Niagara Falls Hotels with Wifi

"Our reservation was originally with Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls but due to room maintenance, they kindly arranged alternate accommodation for us and it exceeded all expectations! We were given a room at the Hilton hotel with a double king-size bed, stunning views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and even a relaxing jacuzzi that was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day. The Hilton’s location was excellent, the room was super spacious and spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you to Oakes for swiftly securing another option for us and to Hilton for delivering top-notch service throughout our stay!"

"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking."

"The room and bathroom are clean and tidy, and the area is relatively large. The 2 double beds can sleep 4 people. The hotel environment is generally good, but the location is far from the waterfall. The room has a refrigerator and a microwave for guests to use, but there is no electricity. It is troublesome to drink water from the kettle. The hotel price is cheaper than other hotels. The overall cost performance is high. It is worth recommending!"

"I had a disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. The washing area had no body wash. I called the front desk three times asking for help, but still had to wait nearly an hour before someone finally showed up. Because of this delay, my kids had to go to bed without a proper bath, which was very frustrating. This situation could have been easily avoided. Basic amenities like soap and toiletries should be checked and ready before guests check in. It’s the hotel’s responsibility to ensure that everything is clean, stocked, and working properly. Guests should not have to chase down staff just to access essential services. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves both its room preparation and response time moving forward."

"Amazing hotel close to event concert. We ate dinner at Corso Italian restaurant which was delicious and a variety of pasta dishes wine and dessert included. The hotel gym overlooked the falls and appreciate upgrading to a fallsview room. Would return 100 percent."

"I was partially concerned with the mixed reviews of this hotel but after having stayed here, I can’t fault it. Valet parking is $65 a night and is worth every penny after a long drive! Check in was smooth albeit slow due to the shortage of staff at the front desk. The room was as described with a perfect view of both falls. The room was large and exceptionally comfortable! Would definitely stay here again"

"The location can't be beat!! It was our anniversary and I simply emailed the hotel to ask what they could do and Adrian took care of us. Up graded our room and had a sweet little Happy Anniversary note with towels shaped like two swans kissing and a nice gift from the Hersey store. A fabulous experience all round!! Thank you!!"

"We might have stayed at unprepared room. The shampoo and conditioner were empty so I had to call front desk to get it. According to a lot of reviews, there used to be some coins in the room to get water and pops from vending machines. However we couldn't find any coins from anywhere and we weren't even explained about that. There's no amenities except for Shampoo, Conditioners, Shower gels, Hand soaps, so I highly recommend bringing your own. Wifi also didn't work at all. Tried to connect but errors occurred. All employees were very nice, but service was poor and not worth it for the price and reputation."

"The location is so damn good, next to Clifton hill, restaurants are nearby, gas stations are nearby. Upon our arrival, the receptionist upgraded us to a corner room with Jacuzzi. Very clean and big of the Jacuzzi. From our room, we can see our vehicle. The parking fee per night is 23$. Not the cheapest but it’s close by which is good for winter time."

"Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!"
