The hotel is very close to Nice Riquier station, located in a quiet and safe local residential area. Even coming back at 10:30 PM, I didn't see any suspicious people around. The room is spacious with new facilities, and the bedding is comfortable. It's within walking distance to Nice Old Town, Castle Hill, and the beach, with many restaurants nearby. It's a great value-for-money option.
The hotel doesn't offer free cleaning services; it's €15 per cleaning if you need it. There's no hairdryer in the room, but you can simply ask for one at the front desk. If you book this hotel, I recommend bringing a few trash bags and tissues (there are plenty of supermarkets nearby). Otherwise, you can stay with peace of mind.
