"The problems encountered were as follows: * room handed over almost two hours late compared to the announced check-in time; * prolonged wait despite several announcements indicating that the room would be ready "in 10 minutes"; * particularly difficult wait given my situation as a person with reduced mobility (PRM), undergoing heavy medication, after a journey of several hundred kilometers for a medical appointment; * room still being prepared upon our arrival, with a technician working for approximately 30 minutes and the impossibility of immediately using the room due to the noise of the drill; * lack of bath towels requiring a further wait; * no hot water upon our arrival, preventing us from taking a shower under normal conditions; * no internet access and the smart TV was unusable."

Upon arrival, we were thoughtfully upgraded to a single-occupancy room for our 3-night stay, as the twin room category was fully booked — a gesture we really appreciated. The room itself was exceptional. The mattress and pillows were among the most comfortable we’ve experienced, ensuring a great night’s rest throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the balcony, which added a relaxing touch to the overall experience. The service was outstanding — attentive, warm, and consistently professional. The team truly made us feel well taken care of. Location-wise, it is perfectly positioned in the heart of the city. Luxury boutiques such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Balenciaga are just a few steps away, with many other shops and attractions within easy walking distance — extremely convenient for both shopping and exploring. The only area for improvement would be the gym facilities, which are relatively limited. However, we easily found a well-equipped local gym just a 2-minute walk away, offering a great alternative with a more complete setup and lively atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic stay with comfort, service, and location all coming together beautifully. We would definitely return. ✨"

Parking is rather expensive(35€day), but it’s located in a secured underground garage across from the hotel, which is convenient. Overall, we wouldn’t book this hotel again as the price-performance ratio just isn’t right."

"Room quality is bad for the price that is charged.  One of the sliding wooden windows is dislodged from its track and no one bothers.  The floor tiles with the air conditioning on just feels cold. Vinyl floor tiles would be better.  Location is good as it is near the Promenade Anglais and access to the tram station is good.  The hotel needs a renovation sooner rather than later."
