The price is reasonable and room is neat and nice with an open sea view. The staff's service is professional. The check in and check out procedures are simple and silky smooth. The hotel is located at the seaside. The location is excellent. The transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants close to the hotel and dining is convenient.

Difficult to find the carpark which is a public carpark nearby. Room is a bit dark as it’s facing the side of a building. The hotel basically is sharing the same building as Le Meridian but just occupied the lower 2 floors and mostly on the side of the building. Things are just ok as a whole

Also very easy to reach the airport by bus or tram (1.5 EUR single trip ticket)

We booked a normal room and got a barrier-free bathroom room. It was very inconvenient to take a shower. We had to go to the toilet and step over the wet floor to reach the toilet. The bed frame was shabby and the bathroom smelled bad. We spent so much money on such a room and couldn't change it even if we stayed for two more nights. It was very disappointing and infuriating.

Pros: You can see the Nice coastline when you open the window. There are many people running and walking in the morning. The scenery is nice! It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the train station in a straight line. There are many restaurants downstairs, most of which allow walk-in dining.
Cons: There are no slippers. You can ask the front desk for a toothbrush, but they will only give it once. The toothbrush is very bad. If you stay for multiple days, you can buy a toothpaste at the nearby Carrefour. The room I stayed in for the first time smelled of formaldehyde. I contacted Ctrip customer service and quickly changed the room. Ctrip's service is great!
