Hotel is conviniently located about 2 minutes walk away from the L2 station and walking distance to most of the sightseeing spots.comfortable bed and clean. Staffs are super friendly and helpful with the information. Filtered water served in the lobby is definitely a plus. Breakfast is also wonderful ( freshly squeezed orange juice 😋 ) would like to go back one day.

Well located. Near Tram Line 2 Durandy. 1 min walk. Highly accessible to various places of interest. Staff are friendly. Free supply of drink water, including sparkling option. No air conditioning at this time. Taking a Shower is a challenge.

The 🏨 is close to the beach. The normal double room is not spacious and the sound proof is bad. I had an accident a few days before the scheduled arrival date. Despite sending this 🏨 an email, explaining the circumstance, the hotel refused to change my reservation date with an extra cost. As a result, they charged me for the first night of no- show.
Before booking this 🏨, do make sure you can arrive in time for your scheduled arrive date.

The old building, very close to the tram station, friendly staff, and clean room condition make me want to stay here again if I come to Nice again. I highly recommend it.

It's an old hotel, but it seems well maintained. However, it was a bit disappointing that the shower curtain in the bathroom on the first floor had a strong odor, so I closed the door and rarely used it.
