It's really close to the train station, and there's a KFC, McDonald's, and supermarket nearby. If you're planning trips to Menton, Cannes, or Monaco, this is a great place to stay and rest. The view outside the window is also nice.

The location is near Notre Dame Cathedral and very close to the main shopping avenue. Unfortunately, the Internet speed is very slow and the heating temperature is not enough. The indoor temperature requires clothing to keep warm. The breakfast is very simple and there are not many styles.
