It's a little bit of a walk from Niigata Station, about a 10-minute walk, but it's located in Bandai City and there are many convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping facilities nearby, so it's in a convenient location. The room is small, but has everything you need, and it's also helpful that there's a coin laundry in the common area. It's been nearly half a century since it opened, so it's hard to hide its age, but it's clean and has a retro feel to it in a good way. The staff are also very helpful.

As foreigners, the hotel has no sign in English which was given me confusing where the location is. I would suggest to put more English sign and clearly provide the explanation that the hotel is also located on the 4th floor. Unluckily my assigned was very tiny as it is right to the lift and it’s quite noisy. The bed is not quite comfy compared to Aomori one where I stayed two night before. Food is provided in the box which is giving more flexibility to bring up to your room or taking away if you wish. Another little thing, the hotel doesn’t utilize the member card as key card where the Aomori one does.

The location is very good, less than 3 minutes from Niigata Station. There are many restaurants, bars, and sushi restaurants nearby. The hotel room is very comfortable and the large sofa is great for single rooms. However, the air conditioning is central, so the temperature cannot be adjusted and the room was very cold, so my body got cold. The large public bath is small but satisfactory, but it would be great if there was a sauna. There is a manga cafe on the 3rd floor. I did not eat the hotel breakfast, but it seems to have a very good reputation, so if you have an appetite in the morning, why not go? There is a Lawson convenience store directly connected to the hotel, so there is no problem.

とても綺麗で大変過ごしやすかったです。 掃除を行き届いており、タオルも沢山あったので助かりました。 車で行ったためガレージを使用するつもりでしたが、軽や小型車が入れるくらいのサイズだったため、セダンで行ったら入りませんでした。しかし隣に小さいですが安い駐車場があったので特に困りませんでした。ガレージは段差があるため車高が低い車は擦ると思います。ガレージに停めたい場合は車のサイズ確認してください。シャッターがあるため防犯も完璧です。室内からガレージ行けるのもとても良いと思いました。 朱鷺メッセでのイベントのため利用しました。朱鷺メッセには車で行きましたが、近くにバス停もあるため車でなくても大丈夫だと思います。 とても快適でした。ありがとうございました。

Parking is available for the parking lot opposite the multi-storey car park with a commuter pass for free entry and exit. Breakfast was buffet style, so it was good because I chose only what I could eat and was eaten in small amounts. There was a time limit, but there was a large bath. There are many restaurants near the pass where local seafood can be eaten, and I felt that the location was good Basho for those who wanted to enjoy the meal. Souvenir shops and local arcade shopping streets are right in front of you, so you can buy souvenirs such as agricultural products, seafood, and bamboo dumplings. 　5 ㎞ There is a roadside station in the prefecture, so you can buy crabs and send them by home delivery. Wifi security was also available without problems. Security software did not show danger.
