Very nice location with great views of tea estates, hills & valley. the resort is located in higher terrain, so you need to drive up. for us, bison herd welcomed before entry and during check-out. obviously, the stay was quite relaxed in the bed of mountains with birds chirping, walking treks to the near by tea plantation hills and valleys. the restaurant has wider food options and service is very good. I will bet, you will go second time, if you have patience to drive to Kotagiri. A serene location

Nice experience quite and calm stay in nature.Trekking experience is very nice.Climate also nice.Food also nice.Especially for child their arrangements all are good .Preferred to travel with toddler. Selfie point also good.Overall good place to stay

We were there with family and infant. At first day provided heater was not working and when we asked to replace it as baby will need it, they took that heater and came back with working one. On 2nd night around 4 AM when every one were sleeping heater's plug got fire and started burning, baby's mother was awake during that time due to which we are saved/alive otherwise who would know what would be the outcome of that. We tried finding some staff which went vein for 1st 30 mins, no one was available in reception (most expected place). Then due to multiple banging on door and noise a guy wake up from another room and came and checked and said that they cannot do anything so adjust in the same room as power is already cut so no issue now and wait till the morning. And in the morning a lady staff came and said that its there loss only as they have to get the room ready for next guests, and its our fault that we were using the heater at night. Now decide on your own, these type of people only needs money and do not accept a simple mistake. Mistake: they had replaced the original plug of heater(16-20 amp) with another one, and wires were not connected properly due to which it short circuited and ignite the fire. But they were keep on blaiming that we should not have used the heater at night. Check the pics, there is wooden frame in around the plug which caught fire instantly, if baby's mother was not awake at that time, it could have led to massive accident.

We r a group of 3 women, felt safe and comfortable during whole stay. Rooms are clean and cozy. We stayed in royal rooms which has spectacular view of tea plantations around.whole staff including reception,house keeping, restaurant and the boys are helpful.Restaurant is as good as resort in variety, taste and ambience . Cab service provided by the resort Mr.srinath is disciplined, respectful and safe . There's a small hill Trek from the resort with a toda hit and a temple on the top. Tea plantation walk, indoor games,play area and walking track is well maintained . I don't remember any of the staff by name, but we thank you for making our trip a memorable one Thank you @greennestresort kotagiri

Nice clean property with good ambience and food . Would suggest people to take royal rooms for better view . If anyone is looking for serene , calm experience better prefer Kotagiri over Ooty . Only negative is approach road & please keep cycles in good condition

The location is the best. Nestled amidst tea plantations, we woke up to stunning views and the chirping of birds. There is a hiking trail up the mountain and we can also walk around the tea plantation. The restaurant offers excellent choice of food & the breakfast was yummy. It could have been a perfect stay but little things mar the joy. In spite of two reminders our room was not restocked with sachet of milk powder. I missed my morning coffee....

One of the best locations in Kotagiri — a serene and peaceful retreat. Perfect for spending quality time with your family and loved ones. We truly enjoyed our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the food — exceptional in both taste and quality, complemented by warm and prompt service. If you’re looking for a place with great ambiance and delicious cuisine, this is it!

Our experience at the resort was extremely disappointing. The rooms and common areas were not maintained well, and overall hygiene was lacking. The breakfast spread was very limited, with hardly any options to choose from. What made things worse was the attitude of the staff, they were unresponsive, uncooperative, and showed little interest in helping guests. For the price we paid, we expected basic cleanliness and decent service, but unfortunately, it was a completely unpleasant and regretful stay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.
