"Recently stayed at Mango Hills in a 2 bedroom apartment. Exterior of the hotel is clean and landscaping is beautiful. Staffs are friendly and polite. However the 2 bedrooms apartment we stayed is worn out and cleanliness is lacking. Linens are old and dirty with stains.
Breakfast is average and restaurant cleanliness is substandard. Hotel has potential but in need of upgrading works."

So you can plan with your pet also. But keeping the pet in your room is expected, please remember no kennels are there. During peak times, improve the strength of manpower for the breakfast buffet and also maintain something to keep food warm. I felt almost every guest had problems with getting utensils or warm food."

"Orchid Square has given us lovely memories of Coonoor. It was comfortable, clean and the food was excellent. However it was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff that really helped to make our experience here a very good one. The restaurant staff in particular showed good humour. The hotel helped with transport. The wifi connection was good. It was peaceful and our room was spacious with lots of extras like tea/coffee, shampoo/ hairdryer.
The only downside was the distance into town, needing a tut-tut, about 10-15mins travel time. However, we had peace and quiet."
