This hotel was excellent.
Both the rooms and the lobby were clean and comfortable.
The staff member, Jianhao Cui, was very friendly, and his sense of responsibility left a strong impression. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Excellent journey in this hotel! The Superior Lake view room is AMAZING for a couple.
The robot to order food or drink all the night is a real plus.
The swimming pool and the gym are great.
I definitely recommend the Wonderland hotel and I’ll come back one day for another stay in Ningbo.

This was, without a shadow of the doubt, one of the best experiences and certainly the best one in China. The hotel is brand new and has been built with highest quality materials. Both the design and scale of the project, conference centre next door is being finished, are impressive to say the least. Service was fantastic with extremely helpful and polite staff. Food... amazing variety and high quality! We took our bikes to cycle around the lake, so the location for us could not be better. Close to the lake but in a nice and quiet spot, in contrary to many other hotels on the other side of the lake. Pretty cool swimming pool with smallish fitness area attached. The on-site café with outside area was very cozy but we only tried cakes and tea, not sure about the quality of their coffee. Overall, highly recommended! As we live locally, we will definitely consider coming back.

She asked about our needs and upgraded us to a suite. The appearance of the hotel combines the principles of Chinese aesthetics. If I come in summer, I think it will be more beautiful, because there are lotus flowers planted around the hotel! The facilities are also low-key luxury, and the hair dryers are all Dai Sheng. If you come to Dongqian Lake to relax, this hotel is very suitable. The swimming pool and gym are all available. It is very suitable for parent-child travel. There is no best service, only better service. I will choose this hotel next time...^_^
