"Upon check-in, we were upgraded to the Crowne Plaza next door. The location is excellent, very close to Tianyi Square and not far from the train station – a Didi ride is less than 10 yuan. It's super convenient for visiting attractions like Tianyige, Yuehu Lake, and Chenghuang Temple. The hotel breakfast was plentiful. The family room had one large bed and one small bed, perfectly accommodating our family of four. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!"

However, the soundproofing wasn't great. I kept hearing people playing games at night. I'm not sure if it was from the gaming room next door, which closes at 10 PM, or if someone was playing on their phone in the adjacent room. Either way, it was pretty noisy until 2 or 3 AM."
