淺淺的拍了一下，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨衞生，生活用品很齊全，圖片與房間實體一致，處處都可以看出房東的用心，住着非常舒服，附近就是萬達，地理位置非常方便，下次來寧波還會再來的，小屋很温馨

一進房 房間看着很乾凈床上也沒有頭髮絲房間裏還配備了投影儀24小時熱水從窗户一眼望過去能看見很多景色

首先地理位置很好很方便出門就是地鐵口和萬達，吃飯和出行都解決了
第二個就是衞生不錯，打掃得比酒店乾淨多了真的很讓人放心
第三住的比較高夜裡安靜，不像酒店有些房間就是那種木板隔開的隔壁説什麼都能聽到，這裏就很安靜一晚上都睡得非常好，後面續住好多天，同價位真的找不到更理想的了，以後再來鄞州絕對認這家了，實惠而且舒適

不錯不錯，老闆人好，衞生整潔，出行方便，離地鐵非常近，樓下有超市和商場。夜裡基本聽不到隔壁聲音。窗户採光好。大學生不騙大學生，同價位比酒店舒服，性價比很高。nice，連住了3天沒換。

對這樣地段來説，真的已經很好了，投影很清楚，洗衣機電冰箱都有，適合長短租，床也比較乾淨
晚上可以去樓頂看夜景，48 層哦
自助入住，自助退房，非常方便，樓下地鐵公交都有。
