今年春節訂了這家新開的酒店（去年10月對外營業），整個酒店徽派獨棟別墅型，訂了2間大床房套餐，上下樓，正好在一棟內，2家人住，既有私密性，串門又比較方便。各項設施都不錯，服務人員非常熱情，進出都有電瓶接駁車服務。早餐比較豐盛。

在繁忙的工作後，我選擇了度假酒店來放鬆身心，而這次的度假經歷真的遠超我的預期。
一進入酒店，那種寧靜而優雅的氛圍就讓我感到無比舒適。酒店的建築和園林設計獨具匠心，與周圍的自然美景完美融合。
房間寬敞整潔，裝飾精美，設施齊全，從舒適的床鋪到現代化的衞浴設備，每一處都能感受到酒店的用心。而且，房間的視野極佳，能欣賞到迷人的風景，讓人心曠神怡。
酒店的餐飲更是令人稱讚。無論是早餐的豐富選擇，還是晚餐的精緻菜品，都能讓人品嚐到美味與品質。
然而，這次度假中最讓我感動的是酒店員工小鄭。從我辦理入住開始，小鄭就展現出了極高的專業素養和熱情周到的服務態度。當我諮詢周邊的遊玩景點時，小鄭不僅詳細地介紹，還貼心地為我準備了地圖和相關的注意事項。在我遇到一些小麻煩時，小鄭總是第一時間出現，積極幫忙解決，讓我感受到了真正的關懷。
總之，在度假酒店的這段時光讓我身心得到了極大的滿足。我要特別感謝小鄭，因為他的出色服務，讓我的度假之旅更加完美。我一定會再次選擇這裏，也會向朋友們強烈推薦。

在網上搜到評價很高，院落也很美就定了，到了以後果然沒有失望，度假酒店古色古香，小橋流水庭院樓閣，房間裏早已經開好地暖迎接我們了，體驗感超棒，服務人員們也超級熱情耐心，尤其是孫佳賓，我們打不到車他幫我們各種想辦法，最後成功幫我們叫到了，最後怕我們找不到打的車，還特地出來開接駁車帶我們過去。非常感謝🙏，以後還來，幾户人家一起度假住，有天有地還有院子，很安逸。

環境安靜、設施齊全、房價實惠、別墅的户型也很好，可以很好的滿足家庭聚會的要求、地台泡茶區域是我選擇這家酒店最重要的原因（美中不足的是地下室搬行李要走樓梯到一樓，一樓到二樓是有獨立電梯的）；住房部的服務人員都很有耐心、大年三十晚上冷颼颼的給我們送飲料酒水都是面帶笑容、尤其是李康傑經理隨叫隨應；餐飲部發生了一點小誤差，耽誤了我們大半個小時的用餐時間，不過李經理也積極協調，最後沒有影響我們的行程；贈送的下午茶也是顏值在線，後期去溪口度假堅定選擇紫璋台

酒店是獨棟別墅一棟樓住2户私密性很好前台服務員都很好特別是小李安排的很詳細出門的話可以坐擺渡車隨叫隨到過年期間還有很多活動安排了一場煙花秀很精彩早餐也很豐富住了2天很開心下次去奉化還會考慮入住
