環境非常差，衞生很有問題，床頭的插座不好用，要第二天才能修，空調不熱，房間裏非常冷，前台不給換房間，想找前台多要一個被子，被告知需要額外收費，本來預訂了三天，衹住了一晚就搬走了，衹能説同等價位有很多別的選擇，大家酌情考慮吧。

房間是看式的，環境也是一般。網上那麼低分是有原因的。房間的確是有點兒味道，不是特別舒服。
設施看就行，做好通風，也不是不能接受，所以衹能嘗試一下，不能常住呀。

位置：交通很便利，門口就有公交車，停車也方便，地鐵也快開通了
設施：新裝修的房間，一進門就是乾乾淨淨，出差很不錯，符合我的要求
服務：前台還是挺熱情的，下次出差還會再來。

怎麼説呢第一天入'住 給我們一個房間 被子揭開床單上像尿斑一樣 不知道有沒有一客一換 南苑e家還是連鎖的 額真的不知道怎麼説 第二天入住浴巾也沒有換 下去給前台講 前台也不知道給我們換一個房間 房間特別老舊 非常不推薦入住 只是説我們住一兩天就無所謂了 都是真的看不下去

兩三個月前住的，忘記評論了，房間衞生方面不是很滿意，房間有股怪味，衞生間門口有水漬，地上還有頭髮，希望可以加強衞生管理，值得誇讚的是前台美女服務態度很好，一個戴眼鏡長頭髮的小姑娘，很有禮貌 很有耐心，又漂亮性格又好，給前台小姐姐一個好評

總的來説還是比較滿意的，家庭房的大床超級大，唯一美中不足的地方就是衞生間的空間有點狹窄了，但是房間的空間還是比較寬敞的。
