For a five star hotel I was surprised to find that the room was full of dust, the carpet very dirthy, the stuff wasn't friendly and so on. It looked like all staff was upset when the turists came into the hotel.

Had a short stay this time after long time , but love their beds, the best place to crash. I think if the Front office staff could speak little English, life will be easier for guest who don’t speak Chinese.

Rooms with executive lounge access are worth the small upcharge for access to afternoon tea, which is lacking compared to some brands but at the price point of this hotel is perfectly fine. Some cold drinks, coffee, cakes and fruit available but no savoury offerings.

The hotel offered a great breakfast buffet and a spacious swimming pool with a dedicated kids’ pool. The family-friendly room was a highlight, complete with a slide that kept the kids entertained. However, the room carpet could have been cleaner, and the towel shelves in the bathroom needed some maintenance.

I had a pleasant stay at this establishment. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my visit.
One of the highlights was the proximity to the beach, which was within walking distance. This made it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever I desired.
The variety of food options available was outstanding, catering to different tastes and preferences, which greatly enhanced my dining experience.

Fairly nice hotel but they turn off HVAC heating and air conditioning in fringe seasons to save money so that can be aggravating and uncomfortable at those times. Some rooms feeling their age, but nice breakfast. Some low-price shops and restaurants nearby, so that was convenient. Taxis usually park out front so that is nice, although most use the Didi app. Helpful staff but not much English.
