The man at the front desk who checked in on the first day was arrogant. The decoration style of the room is very shocking. It is glossy lacquered tiger-spot huanghuali wood-veneer style furniture, not matte. It is too rich and tasteless. The carpets and cabinets are old, and the coffee table and the end of the bed have sharp corners that can easily hurt people. The room is far from the elevator. At first, I asked that the swimming pool would be closed for two days. On the 15th, I asked and said that it opened yesterday. The management of the outsourced swimming pool was chaotic, their attitude was arrogant, and the environment was not good. There are many people in the swimming pool, it is small, noisy, old and dilapidated, the stones are cracked, and the experience is not good. I complained to Ctrip about the swimming pool and the environment, and wanted Ctrip to ask for two free breakfasts, but the hotel actually refused. I stayed there for four days and was so stingy. But luckily I ordered it cheaply, you get what you pay for, cheap stuff doesn’t mean good stuff😄😃😂😁. The room was very clean and the cleaning staff was very responsible. The furniture is not practical, the small coffee table is rickety, the TV is too old and there are not enough clothes racks. The operation of water discharging from the bathtub is inconvenient, and there is only one buckwheat pillow. . . Fortunately, the service was okay and the issue was resolved. Anyway, don’t expect too much. Not as good as the Intercontinental Hotel, unprofessional and gross. No bedside stool! Their official pictures are painted with shocking varnish, and they use a wide-angle lens. The modern room is big, but it's not that big, and it doesn't have that effect.

I came to Ningbo to participate in the Tea Expo and chose this hotel. The Convention and Exhibition Center is right opposite the traffic light. It is very convenient. The closest place to go around is Hankyu. It takes more than 10 minutes. The surrounding environment is very good. The hotel breakfast is not bad. The chef It’s also very welcoming and economical and affordable compared to other five-star hotels.
