The room is very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I love the floor-to-ceiling windows! The transportation is convenient, 5 minutes from the subway, after booking, the butler service is great, reply in seconds, and self-service, or send things to WeChat, it is too friendly for social terror people! !
I feel that if you are on a business trip, long-term rental is also very good, and the price/performance ratio is too high! !

第一次嘗試酒店式公寓，本來訂了一家四星的酒店，但是位置和距離地鐵站的距離都不太理想。後來刷手機刷到這家位置非常方便，樓下走幾步就到地鐵站了。騎車大概不到10分鐘就能到阪急。
服務：酒店管家在我訂完房間之後就很快的聯繫我，加了我的微信。提前告知我到店的方式，並且支持行李寄存。在房間空出來之後也提前幫我把行李放到了房間。很貼心。
衞生：衞生情況中規中矩，因為是像公寓式的裝修，沒有辦法像酒店那樣，對於出行來説已經很好了。
環境：環境最驚喜的就是開窗之後的風景能夠直接縱覽寧波的東部新城。
設施：有洗烘一體的洗衣機，不過要自己帶洗衣液，問題不大。配好了一次性馬桶墊。不過感覺洗髮水，沐浴露的品質一般。拖鞋也比較薄。

房間特別乾淨，就在民安東路地鐵A口旁邊，周邊有超市、餐飲，十分方便！不得不誇的是房東，本來我定的是兩天房間，由於行程有變，需要再續訂兩天，正值五一假期，房間已經訂滿了，房東第一時間幫我協調了房間，而且還幫我延時退房，真是值得再次預訂的公寓！

很好，超出預期的。忽略圖片退房狀態，公寓環境安全乾凈，也不會吵鬧。樓下是杉杉國貿，離販急很近，步行就到了，門口就是地鐵很方便。管家也很貼心。

房間精緻温馨，洗衣機冰箱，連電磁爐都有，還有我個人喜愛的晾衣桿，真的很實用，
馬路對面一點就有地鐵🚇，出行方便，晚上也比較安靜，
