Review: we find very pleasant the stay in the Hyatt Centric, specially they are amazing with dogs , our dog has been welcome for everyone , the new room is very bright and clean, the hotel is amazing and we really recommend it. Fantastic stay! Great service, friendly staff, especially the manager and a dog-loving attitude. The location is great (next to the lake), plenty of facilities within reach and east access with car. Will definitely stay here again on our visits to Ningbo; Sly (our dog) says 'see you again'!

The breakfast table did not have salt and pepper. The hotel is in a new office area near the company that we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a good impression of the hotel's Tongyuan restaurant last time, so I came to experience it again this time.
Manager Kary's service is very considerate and his needs are solved in a timely manner. The room was upgraded to a deluxe lake view room. The room is not small and the view is particularly wide, especially the bathroom has a huge lake view, which makes people feel relaxed and happy. An air conditioner is installed in the bathroom in detail, so you won't feel cold after bathing.
The hotel's swimming pool is not crowded during the day, and the experience is good. The swimming pool and the gym are very considerately placed with water dispensers that can produce warm water. It is particularly worth mentioning that the gym is also equipped with a body fat scale and leg training equipment.
The hotel's restaurant must be experienced. The ingredients are fresh and the pot is full of flavor. The fish I ordered was caught and killed by the staff. The only drawback is that the rice is a bit hard.
