I would like to say as per the standard of hyatt I was kind of dissaponted with the service.
Few of the staff were not welcoming.
I order the coffee and they were like you have to pay and I was like off course I will pay but that felt like a disrespect as if I was not going to pay.
Overall my stay at this hotel was average.
I stayed at le meredian and I could fell the change the first I stepped in the hotel.

Review: we find very pleasant the stay in the Hyatt Centric, specially they are amazing with dogs , our dog has been welcome for everyone , the new room is very bright and clean, the hotel is amazing and we really recommend it. The area around the hotel is perfect for walk with dogs and with kids very peaceful and beautiful landscapes. Thanks to Manger:Danny,reception girls:Lila and Estella

Fantastic stay! Great service, friendly staff, especially the manager and a dog-loving attitude. The location is great (next to the lake), plenty of facilities within reach and east access with car. Will definitely stay here again on our visits to Ningbo; Sly (our dog) says 'see you again'!

The breakfast table did not have salt and pepper. The hotel is in a new office area near the company that we wanted to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful.
