This hotel is really great, the check-in is quick, the service is good, the lobby is spacious and bright, the rooms are large and clean, and they can help call a taxi, which is very convenient for friends who don't speak Chinese.

I ordered a taxi to bring me to the airport,
Made reservations and had to pay ¥5 extra, what’s no issue! But taxi was very dirty and not polite! At the airport driver want refused to get the payment over alipay and only accept we chat or cash! And of course he hadn't change! I after interference of the police the driver accepted alipay! can't believe the hotel can not arrange a proper transfer to the airport!

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The price is very reasonable. Location was great! Close to shops and restaurants. Deliveries are brought by robot directly to your room which is very convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very nice and close to a subway station. The room looked very nice and the bed was comfortable. I liked how the vanity mirror has a light.
I didn’t like how although I had the “do not disturb” sign on my door, someone still came in to clean my room but also threw away a bag I wanted to keep. I was highly displeased about that.
Other than that the stay was nice. I also liked how the check out time is at 4pm instead of noon.
