Hotels in Tianyi Square/Town God's Temple/Drum-Tower, Ningbo

Good room, good bed, selection of pillows. When you look at the price, you get really value for the money. Also the breakfast has everything you need. Just a fridge in the room is missing, and that's a pity.

This is probably the BEST hotel I have stayed at. The rooms are so comfortable. The bed is amazing. The pillows just melt around you. Spacious and cleverly designed bathrooms as well as a projector TV. Breakfast was well stocked and although I didn't eat dinner. The option is there too. Reception was welcoming and friendly WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

carpet outside the 10th floor is dirty, need for overhaul of carpet or to shampoo the carpet. Very near the tianyi square and shopping areas. Accommodating staff, request was granted for a late out.

The hotel is clean and at prime location of ningbo, it’s very accessible to all eateries and malls. The cleaner is very friendly and helpful, she gave me a full carton of water when I asked for just 2 bottles, since I would stay for 5 days here. Hotel staffs are responsive and helpful.

Everything was great. Immensely convenient, being located at 2 subway lines intersection, just 100m away from the nearest subway entrance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and bright rooms. Even got free and tasty soft ice cream at the hotel lobby, which I had one every time back. Lucky to be upgraded, and had a slightly bigger room, open city view and free mini-bar for our 1 week stay

• The shower in the Superior Room (28-31 square meters) is very small, just be aware of. .can hear the sound of the shower from upstairs above the bed. • The corridor is dark and has a quite low ceiling. • The heating is fixed at 26- 27 degrees and cannot be adjusted. However you can get a fan to cool the room that was working well. • There is no number marked on the phone to call reception. • The buffet breakfast is average, with limited variety. • All staff are nice and friendly, always ready to help.

Room very clean and new. Location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially a very tall lady wearing white shirt and a young male counter staff. Will surely choose this hotel again and also recommend it to others.

Everything is just very good. Room size is convignient for long stay. WE enjoyed 5 nights very much. Not far to center with many restaurants and shops!

The hotel was clean and made my experience great at staying. The location is very close to Tianyi Square and malls. I stayed for 1 night as had to attend a meeting. Would definitely stay here if ever had to come Ningbo.

The hotel and service is good, but it is time to revamp and upgrade the rooms. The carpet is old and dirty with stains and a musky smell, furniture is old and chipping off. The television is rather a super old model. The only horrible horrible thing you will experience is the lift, it is damn super slow during the peak period like in the morning from 7-10am you got to wait for like 15mins before being able to get into a lift and down. Overall experience for the brand name Westin this Ningbo one didn't lift up to its name and a overpriced one.
