首先要説酒店環境還是不錯的，但是服務方面實在是不敢恭維，節假日餐廳人手嚴重不足，管理混亂，早餐沒啥東西可吃，晚餐上菜賊慢，那個周邊十五公里接送就當沒有根本預約不到，還有電瓶車接送房間也衹是入住時送了下，退房時叫半天都不來。

環境；酒店位於女神山的背面，不堵車的話到女神山15分鐘的路程，到大落水村20分鐘的路程，到普洛碼頭35分鐘的路程。很安靜，但是周邊沒有飯店。適合自駕的遊客。
服務：餐廳服務很一般，是住過的5星級酒店裡最差的，也不如其他地方的英迪格。服務員衹在那裡站着，一點兒也不主動。看到一個服務員直接把帶着紙標簽的茶包放進悶茶壺裡。茶杯沒刷乾淨，上面還有茶漬。飯菜口味還可以。除了餐廳，其他服務都很好。
房間很小，床是1.2米，牙刷有點掉毛。
當時在英迪格和旁邊的嵐岳之間糾結，有點後悔選了英迪格，不如嵐岳景色好，當然嵐岳價格更貴一點。

作為度假酒店，酒店整體景觀環境都不錯，酒店內活動也很豐富，就是晚上停車位可能會有些緊張。早餐比較豐富，晚餐還是需要再加強一丟丟。Gavin Yang在入住期間以及退房後的針對我們提出的問題和意見，處理問題的態度還是非常好的，希望下次有機會再來有更好的體驗吧。

環境清幽，與熱鬧的環湖區有一定距離，酒店主要區域都能看到格姆女神山，房間乾淨衞生，馬桶是智能沖水馬桶。室內裝飾細節到位，體現摩梭人文化。

到達酒店門口就有行李員幫忙拿行李，辦理入住很快。餐廳旁邊就是復刻的祖母屋，氛圍感十足。管家Kevin介紹了店內活動，給孩子安排了伴手禮。房間設施齊全，佈局合理，活動豐富，很棒。
