The cafe's atmosphere was also excellent, very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were attentive and helpful; housekeepers Cier, Duzhi, and Zhaxi promptly assisted with any issues we had. The only downside is that it's not very soundproof, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs."

"This place is super clean, beautiful, and the service is outstanding! As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, staff came out to greet us and helped with all our luggage (even our backpacks!!!). Since we arrived late, they specially held our afternoon tea set and brought it to our room. They also surprised us with a beautiful and delicious cake, probably because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon. On the first floor, there's a common area where you can watch movies, and someone was freshly grilling local milk fans, plus they serve really good butter tea. They even have unique cards made from Lugu Lake grass seeds that you can plant – very special! Breakfast was abundant. Overall, it was truly amazing. My only regret is that our itinerary made us check in late and check out early, so we didn't get to fully enjoy the scenery, which is a real shame."
