幾乎不主動評價，但實在捨不得離開所以在路上寫下這篇評價。
衝著酒店的湖景餐廳訂的，即使知道酒店好評眾多，來之前就知道不會差，入住後還是覺得遠超預期。
設施完善，細節也做得很好，難得的連酒精濕巾和洗臉巾都有提供，能感受出來是在認真做酒店。衞生方面即使潔癖如本人也挑不出毛病。服務更是值得一提，前台小姐姐和接送小哥都很熱情體貼且有分寸感。剛入住前台小姐姐就主動幫忙升級了房型，很細心的是會帶着看升級前後的房型對比，供客人自主選擇。接送小哥也是隨時響應，細緻周到。
環境方面無論是公區還是房間內都很自然地融進了瀘沽湖的景色。光是房間內對着窗景倚窗靜坐就已經非常舒心，餐廳外更是湖光山色盡收眼底。酒店和瀘沽湖的氣質很相似，清靜雅緻，遺世獨立。
相較於麗江大理或者香格里拉，瀘沽湖少了被過度開發的煙火氣，更多的是原生態的美，尤其是在淡季，靜謐愜意，非常適合散心發呆。
可惜不能多待幾天，瀘沽湖和阿拉貝拉下次見。

A True 5-Star Experience
We had a fantastic two-night stay at Lugu Lake Arabella Lake View Manor. We booked 3 first floor rooms and were delighted to receive complimentary room upgrades to the second and third floors upon arrival.
The service from all staff were excellent and genuinely welcoming. The staff helped us bring our luggage to our rooms and back down when we checked out. The hotel's thoughtful amenities, such as the free pickup service and the complimentary afternoon tea with snacks and drinks, made our visit both convenient and relaxing.
This was a wonderful experience combining a beautiful location with outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. 谢谢诗祺管家和其他的管家 😀.

Was amazed by the view. Very well furnished room and clean. Their service was perfect, they are polite and helpful (诗祺）. They provide free ride to the nearby shops as long as it’s within 3km. We tried their free photoshoot

房間很不錯，還給我們免費升級到了3樓的270度房間，環境很好，酒店的設計風格審美很在線，我們去大落水村還接送我們來回，服務超級好，早餐很好吃😋我和朋友們都吃完了，哈哈哈，詩祺管家的服務也很貼心，認真負責

不論環境、服務都是本次旅行最好的。酒店的露台上闊以看海的全景，本次定的房車房，讓小朋友們興奮了很久，不停的在房間外的花園蹦蹦跳跳。
房間內的大床打開闊以看星空，打開房門就闊以看海，這樣的環境讓小朋友們興奮極了。酒店的早餐也是一級棒，是套餐類型的，讓從不吃酒店早餐的爸爸都願意一同前往。
入住本酒店，基本不需要做攻略，從瀘沽湖的遊覽路線、買船票、特色美食都推薦得很到位，這肯定是會再次入住的酒店喲。
唯一不好的是上酒店的路太陡了。如果有車下來，錯不了車，建議酒店好好休下。

超級好的酒店，窗外就是瀘沽湖，風景很美，有洗衣機，解決了洗衣服的難題，酒店員工禮貌熱心，特別要贊一下管家小夥子二車，我們來回村子和客運站都幫忙接送，我們兩人的行李都特別重，他都幫我們抬上抬下的！

衞生條件做不好的話 工作人員的工作再努力其實都彌補不了 這也是我們第二天沒有續住到點就退房離開的原因
希望店家的衞生好好搞一下吧：
1. 浴室拖鞋鞋底有衹被不知道被踩扁了多久的蟑螂🪳 不説消毒了 但凡拖鞋有稍微好好清洗一下都不會這樣
2. 其中一條浴巾明顯被使用過沒有清洗就繼續疊了一下當成新的被提供給住客了【沒有摺痕 明顯潮濕不乾燥 與另一條浴巾對比明顯】
