Very comfortable stay. Staff were very alert and prompt in their services. Desmond is a very caring and helpful person. He takes personal interest in everything. My son had a small cut on his finger so we requested for dettol. Desmond came personally with the first aid kit and attended to him. I highly recommend this place to all I meet who are planning a trip to Goa.

Unfortunately, there was no elevator. The hotel itself feels outdated, likely around 20 years old and poorly maintained. Everything from the beds to the bathrooms appeared worn out. To top it off, I found a large cockroach in my room, which I had to deal with in the middle of the night. The air conditioning was another major issue—it seemed like a relic from the '80s and couldn't keep up with the heat. The vents were filthy, and the switches were broken. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were genuinely helpful, especially Sharma, who assisted us until 2 AM. Their service was the silver lining in an otherwise disappointing stay.”

Amazing location. Close to all ****** and all the restaurants. Rooms are neat and clean with all the amenities with enough space. Linens and towels are all white and clean. Hot kettle and bathroom amenities are provided

We had checked in late on 21. 09. 23 at silver sands holiday village, as flight was late evening. The rooms were very comfortable, complimentary breakfast was also quite tasty and had good variety. The front desk personnel was also very friendly and helpful and sorted out our issues with a smiling face. We checked out late on 25. 09. 2023 as our flight was at 10. 55 pm overall a very good experience.
