Me and my partner stayed at Norwich Central on Friday, we were greeted by Cameron, who is very polite and helpful. There is construction work opposite the hotel, but the drilling stopped after 6 pm. The building itself is very old, but the room was basic but clean and comfortable. The two members of staff in the bar for breakfast were very good, and we had a lovely conversation with the manager Nalene on check out.

It’s a Travelodge, so what do you expect? Clean, warm, spacious and quiet. Bath as well as shower, with plenty of hot water. Had the evening meal deal. Reasonable value, quality. Good location: very close to centre shopping, short walk to football and train station. Overlooks bus station.

A group of us checked in on Friday. We did not pre book the early check-in, and although it was busy, the manager tried her best and allowed us to do an early check-in for an extra £15.00. The hotel is located in the city centre, NCP car park next door. The room is clean and the staff are all friendly and polite.

Place was ok and the staff were friendly. Mattress was hard as nails. My back was killing me the next day. Told someone at breakfast and they said oh sorry. Nearly a hundred pounds to pay for no sleep.

Great location for Norwich Playhouse theatre and bars and clubs which are located nearby. also for good restaurants. This hotel is always quiet if on the higher floors. We normally have the breakfast, this time I guess because the breakfast room was busy, the food just kept coming from the kitchen and although a buffet style it was piping hot. Manager and receptionist Cameron were super friendly.

Convenient location - adjacent to St Stephens NCP car park (£12 for 24hrs) - through well lit bus station at rear and just a 5 minute walk to theatre, shops etc Stayed roadside which was noisy - bring your earplugs! Other than that a great stay. Reception and Evening Bar Cafe staff very friendly and helpful. Evening meal deal was good value and convenient. Room perhaps a little tired in places but clean and warm. Really appreciated being able to stay with my 2 other adult family members in 1 room. Breakfast was well run - well stocked - tables clean - a small venue on the 1st floor but wasn't too busy and open from 8-11.

Stay was great. Very close to the town centre so fantastic for shopping and food. Bus Station was next to hotel so good if you are using this service. Nalene, the GM was extremely helpful and accommodating to our family. Would use hotel again for short stays. Thanks 😊

Great and efficient customer service from the manager Nalene, we were impressed with the check-in process, she was very informative and professional. I am willing to recommend my friend to this hotel. All the staff we encountered was polite and the man that clean the public was very helpful when our door batteries needed changing. Great team at Norwich Central.

It was so noisy all night..sirens/people yalking laughing shouting all night/buses. Also from next door sounded like moving furniture all night. There was also back hairs in the bath. Bed wasn't particularly comfy, no premier inn bed! Stayed there as ease of getting a bus to airport in the morning but wont ever stay again
