Pleasant welcome, free parking, however outdated and poorly maintained equipment, old double beds (small sizes) and uncomfortable mattresses.

Terrible From the terrible service at the reception where the lady doesn't even bother to look at the customer when she's talking. Breakfast was ordered in the room, I left in the morning and I'm still waiting. I arrive at room 122, mold on the curtains and windows, rust on the bathroom ceiling, burnt out and missing light bulbs. Shower with verdigris, broken sink....simply disgusting. 3 rubbish stars...

Péssimo hotel mas pior mesmo só a arrogância do senhor que estava na receção. Um tom brasileiro muito arrogante que mais parece que me estava a fazer algum favor. Cheguei cedo, fui recebida com meias palavras e quase num tom como se fossemos conhecidos de escola. Enfim.

Gostamos no geral. Sítio agradável e bonito com boas condições. Bem localizado e bom estacionamento. Pouco recorri ao Staff mas quando foi preciso foram prestaveis. Tem uma sala de espera suficiente na entrada. E é um hotel diferente do habitual com uma fachada bonita. Até um pequeno lago tem.

Mal olor en cuarto pasillos muy sucios poca higiene nada que ver con las fotografías de las publicaciones la verdad que no lo recomiendo gracias a Dios solo es una noche pero pagamos 3 habitaciones necesitan una limpieza en todas las areas

O pior Hotel por onde passei. Muito sujo em geral, na varanda do quarto havia 2 latas de refrigerante entornadas, a piscina tinha a àgua muito suja nem fomos ao banho com nojo da água. Poucas pessoas estavam no hotel por isso não há desculpa de terem muito movimento. O ginásio tinha um cheiro a mofo e a humidade que era impensável fazer exercício. O staff que apanhei sempre antipáticos. Do restaurante não tenho nada a dizer, o staff muito simpático e a comida bem confecionada.

Um hotel com tudo para ser excelente mas, não o é! Muito longe de pertencer à categoria de hotéis com 3 estrelas. É notório o abandono, a falta de manutenção, quartos datados, espaços comuns descuidados, piscina talvez de lama de tão suja que está, pequeno almoço dos mais fracos que alguma vez presenciei. Vamos agora ao staff. Sente-se que preferiam que não estivéssemos e que estão a fazer um favor em nos receber. O melhor momento é quando metemos as malas no carro e regressamos a casa com a promessa de não voltar!!
