Gentrified living one beautiful moment at a time! It’s not Michelin rated because it sells tires; instead, it is entirely fabulous! Entering the courtyard is a gentle experience in and of itself, reminding one of the idea that Sicilians built beautiful things like they will live forever…. Greeted outside by the charming staff as we stepped out of our car made us feel invited and wanted at this magnificent retreat. The rooms are historically grand with beautiful, personal balconies where breakfast is served every day. Seven Rooms is clearly not a mass produced, pedestrian flop house catering to the trampling masses. It is quite the opposite, and completely at the other end of the spectrum. It is a luxurious, restful respite and a breathing place for the soul. Favoloso! “...On the sixth day,

What a wonderful stay in Noto at Seven Rooms! Alberto and Martina were excellent hosts and it was very convenient to have all of their recommendations by WhatsApp each day. An extremely high level of service with personal touch in a historic house. We stayed in the Austro Suite which had breathtaking views and we would happily come back. Having Caffè Sicilia and the Duomo within a two minute walk was a real treat. We are so glad we based in Noto and day tripped to Marzamemi, Ragusa, and Modica. Ten out of ten.

Beautiful hotel! Impeccable, kind service and a central location. We loved our suite and the (beautiful) courtyard which accommodated parking. Cannot recommend this elegant hotel more highly!

Seven Rooms is probably the nicest hotel my wife and I have ever stayed at. Our friends agreed. Exquisite rooms, excellent breakfasts served in your room every morning, friendly staff, and a great location.

The former Palace of the Princes. Some modern conveniences with a peek into the historical opulence of a castle. Great location and a very accommodating staff. Huge rooms and common areas. Some nice amenities. Complementary WiFi, Nespresso, breakfast. Croissant and pastries are THE BEST!

We loved our stay , very friendly helpful staff . Rooms are a good size and very clean , we were upgraded to the room with a terrace where we had beautiful breakfast every morning. Everything is close by in the lovely city of Noto we would definitely stay here again .
